Finding a Health Care Provider
Finding a Health Care Provider
Why do I need a health care provider to book an appointment?
We need to send the results of your mammogram to a health care provider, should any follow-up tests be necessary – this will be handled with your health care provider.
What if I don’t have a health care provider?
SMP can send results to a number of health care providers including: doctors, Naturopaths, registered Nurse Practitioners and even a local walk-in clinic.
