Booking an Appointment
How can I book an appointment?
If you are a woman with no breast problems between the ages of 40 to 79, you can call 1-800-663-9203 or send us an
email
and a booking clerk will telephone you. The booking clerk will ask for the name of your health care provider and your BC Care Card.
What if I can’t get through on the phone line?
This can happen from time to time, but you can usually leave a voice-mail message for someone to return your call. You can also send us an
email
and a booking clerk will contact you
.
What if I don’t speak English well?
We have a Punjabi phone-line: 604-877-6163. In addition, there is a Chinese-speaking booking clerk available at our
Central Booking office.
You can also ask a family member or friend to help
you with the call.
