When you book, you'll be asked for your date of birth, BC Care Card number, mailing address, and name of doctor or health care provider. Who's Eligible
Health Care Provider
We need to send your mammogram results to a health care provider - this can be your doctor, a Naturopath or a registered Nurse Practitioner. Find a health care provider.
Special Needs
If you are physically-challenged or have special needs, please let us know when you book your appointment so we can arrange for appropriate staffing and/or time.
